Words cannot describe the experience of Unity, which infinitely exceeds rapture. Unity is the goal of all seeking. It is spiritual REALITY! Unity-realization heals many wounds at once: the physical cramp of smallness; the emotional pain of loneliness; the psychological strain of distance and difference from others, and from all of life; and the spiritual sorrow of separation from God.

AT ONE: A state in which distance, difference, and separation are NOT your primary focus -- and in which for you, indeed AS you, sameness IS.
Identifying higher energy as native to yourself; not "othering" it. Embracing opportunities and experiences of higher energy.

LOVING: For the TRUE benefit and well-being of the beloved.
Towards, physically energized, and full -- DUE TO a motivation to benefit to humanity, and/or human associates, or God.

EXPANDED: Big, embracing, incorporating; free of smallness.
Drawing on cosmic energy by holding expanded awareness.

ATTUNED: Keenly aware of and tuned in to.
Aware of and receptive to the unifying/mutually uplifting power of sharing energy. Open to reciprocally sharing energy with others as a means of mutual upliftment into Unity-consciousness.

PLUGGED IN: Involved and invested enough to be personally implicated.
Personally implicated in -- and accepting of -- the social/cosmic responsibility to bring higher energy to interactions and relationships (to bring life to life).
