•		DETERMINED: Steady of resolve; determined in pursuit of good purposes.
		Having strong steady intention to accomplish work goals and objectives -- and to try to do so with true spiritual integrity (meaning, as God would have it be done).

•		WELL-DIRECTED: Given to positive direction and high purpose; and staying on track by virtue of right orientation, and dynamic course correction.
		Holding to high purposes/values, and accepting Divine GUIDANCE in all endeavors. Implementing spiritual values and higher purposes in meeting work objectives. Exercising DISCIPLINE at work.

•		PASSIONATE: Spirited and enthusiastic in commitment.
		Invested in the work process, and spirited in accomplishing work goals. And, enthusiastic about implementing the true purposes of Spirit at work.

•		INTEGRATED (WHOLE): Possessed of peace and power, arising from the release and/or resolution of inner conflict.
		Maintaining spiritual perspective on work challenges, efforts, and goals. Making a strong contribution by bringing personal wholeness to work.
