WHO YOU ARE

My beloveds,

I want to talk to you today about who you are.

The world is full of so many misconceptions, so many wrong judgments, so many false ideas. Most of you are very confused about your true identity. Most of you cannot remember where you came from or who you are anymore.

You have had so many experiences, and in response to those you have formed so many ideas in your head about what is true. They are blocking your vision about what is so.

My dear ones, day and night, I see you. I see who you are, and I am working hard to remove your ideas about who you are so that you can be fulfilled.

Firstly, My dear ones, you have a strange idea that you are in constant danger. On this planet this is a fear that almost every man and woman carries around inside. They think that they are always in danger. They think that they always need to be protecting themselves -- protecting their emotions, mainly, but this fear manifests in many ways.

You think that you need to protect your emotions, so you do not live them. You think that you need to protect your heart, so you do not give it.

My dear ones, you are not protecting yourselves this way. When you hide your heart and protect your emotions by not expressing yourself, or living as a passionate being, you actually hurt your heart and your emotions. You cramp yourself. You create a feeling of terrible unfulfillment, sadness, despair.

If you will not be a living, breathing heart, you cannot have a real, living relationship. If you are constantly guarding your emotions, you do not get to LIVE as a human being should live: passionately, fully. You live as someone much smaller than you actually are.

Because it is traditional, here on planet Earth, to guard the heart too heavily, people have come to believe that it is normal and natural to be the small and guarded being that you think you are. Intuitively, in your heart, you know that you are much bigger, you know that there is much more, but you ignore it, for the most part.

My dear ones, be willing to take some risks, for love's sake, for the sake of what you really care about in your heart. Be willing to show yourself, to put yourself "out on a limb." Do not fear this kind of risk, My dear ones. As it is, you are in a position where you can only lose. You have chosen suppression, and that can only hurt you and break your heart. If you take these love-risks, which I implore you to do, you will LIVE, and be full. You may be hurt sometimes, but My dear ones, you will be as I created you to be -- and in that, you will be happier than you could ever be when you are suppressed.

And, it will open up a wide world of wonder for you. With an open heart, you can see My face, and you can see the true faces of those around you. You can feel the hearts of those around you; you can see the true beauty of ALL that is around you.

Right now, there are so many walls up around most of your hearts, very little beauty can get in, and you are blocking your vision from seeing one another, and from seeing Me. Because of that, you feel alone, you feel empty, you feel lost; your lives feel dry and unfulfilling.

My dear ones. I am standing with you. I am holding My hammer. I am ready to, with you, destroy the ideas that are keeping you trapped, if you will allow Me, if you will make the first move.

Jump into the ocean, My dear ones. Love. Show yourself. You will not regret it.

One final thing: In this world, there is resistance to that which is real. People who are willing to be real, who are willing to care as they truly care, feel as they truly feel, will be resisted to some extent. Be prepared for some of that, because it will happen if you choose to show yourself, your true heart. But also be prepared for more true love and real fulfillment in your life than you could ever have if you remain hidden. So, it is a worthwhile exchange.
