Faith stabilizes thought, and life as a whole
As we said, faith can stand independent from the events and circumstances of manifest experience. STRONG faith remains "deviant" in the face of the slings and arrows of misfortune. Consequently, faith exerts a stabilizing force upon the mind and on life as a whole. It imparts the qualities of directional stability, persistence, boldness, and confidence to both actor and action -- even in instances where specifics of outcome are uncertain.
