Love: Now and Then

Love exerts a powerful force on all human beings. We all want to give love, we all want to receive love, and we all are sensitive to the quality and quantity of love in every moment.

Given all that, why isn't the world a much more loving place? The answer is, our egoic tendencies work to neutralize the force of love in our lives. We temporarily lose our touch with love when we consider our past experiences, present moments, or future prospects from an egotistical, self-protective point of view. However, love can triumph in our lives insofar as we follow our spiritual inclination to love fully -- here, now, and always. See Article
